House update and demolition dog / Laatste nieuws huis en sloop-hond

Well, the latest update on the house:
Our house is under contract. We have had a inspection done and that turned out okay. Now we wait on what the appraiselguy is going to say. Hopefully we here about that this week.
If everything is okay, we will fly out to florida this week to find a house!
We will have to be out of this house June 2nd. So rush... rush... rush...

So while we are being totallly nervous, Floris the dog is just having a good time with his favorite dress-up as Demolition Dog.

Nou, het laatste nieuws voor ons huis:
We hebben een bod gehad. De inspectie was ook goed en nu wachten we op de taxatie uitslag. Als dat ook goed is, vliegen we eind deze week naar Florida om een huis te regelen. We moeten 2 juni er uit zijn. Dus snel.. snel... snel...

Ondertussen heeft Floris de hond het nog steeds prima naar zijn zin als Floris de Sloophond!
